It is an ambitious program which will be made available of all Burkinabè wishing to work in agricultural value chains. The overall objective sought is to help make qualified labor available for the benefit of agricultural stakeholders and to help women and young project leaders to better develop their ideas thanks to the modules and training methodology chosen.

The specific objectives pursued are:
• Constitute a committee of experts of 25 people including 05 entrepreneurship coaches;
• Incubate 1,000 people annually;
• Integrate and apply the principle of work-study training;
• Helping start-ups develop their economic development plan;
• Put incubates in contact with technical structures;
• Allow incubates to visit successful businesses and farms;
• Create frameworks for direct exchanges between incubates and agricultural employers throughout the program;
• Allow all incubates to take part in Agrifinance Forum 2024;
• Create economic interest groups for the benefit of start-ups in the same sectors of activity.
